If you are interested in using your insurance benefits for services, a superbill will be provided to you after service is completed and I cannot guarantee specific reimbursement amounts. The value of choosing an out-of-network provider
My practice is intentionally out-of-network so that I can provide the highest level of individualized, one-on-one care without restrictions from insurance companies. This allows me to focus entirely on you - your goals, your symptoms, and your long-term health.
Instead of short, rushed sessions or sharing your treatment time with other patients, you receive full-length, personalized treatment that prioritizes results, not insurance requirements.
Because I am not limited by insurance constraints, I can offer:
60-75 minute one-on-one sessions
Hands-on treatment every visit
Full body assessments that address all contributing factors - not just what your insurance approves
Root-cause focused treatment instead of symptom management
The ability to incorporate wellness, prevention, and long-term performance goals
The ability to answer your questions between sessions and work with you on a more personal level

Providing Care with Price Transparency
I promise that you will always know the cost of your visit before you walk through the door.
No surprise bills weeks or months after treatment.
No hidden or extra fees for services like dry needling, cupping, etc - your visit rate includes all services provided.
No complex deductibles or co-insurance.
Receipts (“superbills”) will be provided for potential insurance reimbursement upon request.
My goal is to make the financial side of care simple and predictable, so you can focus on feeling better.
Out-of-network care can actually save you time and money
Here’s why:
Many in-network clinics provide less 1:1 time with your therapist, which often means more visits are required to meet your goals. Many of my patients meet their goals in 3-4 visits, and those who require more sessions are offered package pricing that reduce their per visit price (see below).
You may have a co-pay for each visit, which can quickly add up over your plan of care.
If you have a high deductible plan, you may owe the full cost of the visit until your deductible is met. This price per visit may actually cost you more out of pocket than my rates, even though the provider is billing your insurance.
If you develop new symptoms or concerns, we can immediately begin addressing them without needing a new referral or insurance approval.
With this type of care, many patients resolve symptoms in fewer total visits, making the overall cost similar, and sometimes less, than a course of in-network therapy.
